Our stay at Bella Nara Hotel was a pleasant experience. The brand new and beautiful hotel had a perfect location, just a short walk to Nimman. The free parking was very convenient for us. The room was nicely decorated, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was polite, charming, and helpful. We especially loved the modern Thai aesthetic of both the exterior and interior spaces. Additionally, the hotel is located close to several outstanding restaurants and cafés, making it easy to explore the local culinary scene. we had a wonderful time at Bella Nara Hotel and would recommend it to others.

The only minor issue I encountered was that the room design had mostly hard surfaces, amplifying any noise from adjacent rooms or passageways. However, this was addressed by the hotel staff who promptly moved me to a quieter location.

The service and amenities left much to be desired. The breakfast was lackluster, served in a brightly lit room without any music or ambiance.

The shower was impressive and the slippers and towels seemed absolutely new. the staff was quite polite and willing to lend a hand effortlessly. The nearby mall had a Starbucks and supermarket with your essential requirements; all within a ten-minute walk.

The furniture in the room was clearly not worth the price tag. The hard beds and uncovered tiles on the room's floor caused room echoes and permitted the noise to travel through disturbing your nap.
